The Chehalem Cultural Center is looking for a full-time Arts & Public Programming Coordinator to join our small, passionate team. The Center’s small staff pulls off a big job, and each team member is relied upon to be a leader and champion in their department. All staff members are expected to be creative thinkers, collaborators, and independent problem solvers - and they should be fun to be around too! 

Arts & Gallery Operations: The Chehalem Cultural Center's six multi-use galleries are home to a diverse range of exhibitions that illuminate the power of human expression, inspire creativity, and stimulate conversation. See job announcement and description for specific responsibilities. 

Public Programming Operations: From live music, to intimate conversations, to festivals that celebrate the intersection of art, culture, and agriculture, the Chehalem Cultural Center coordinates a wide range of mission based public programs for the regional community. See job announcement and description for specific responsibilities. 

Compensation:  $15-17/hr DOE, with potential for growth. Flexible schedule of 40 hours/week. Benefits that include health insurance, vacation, and sick and holiday leave.

The Chehalem Cultural Center is seeking a strong, dynamic leader and effective manager to serve as its Executive Director. Twenty-five miles southwest of Portland, this vibrant regional nonprofit located in the heart of Oregon’s premier wine country is well positioned to claim its role as a jewel in one of the nation’s most livable areas. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled leader with a passion for the arts to connect community and culture.

Salary: $65,000 - $72,000
