visual inquiry into aliveness, shaped by studies of Chinese Medicine and built with a language of color and mark

Raised in Southern California, she holds an MFA from Washington State University (2013) and a BA in Fine Art and Philosophy from George Fox University (2010). She has pursued Peace and Philosophy Studies in Rwanda, Uganda, Northern Ireland, and England. Her art has been exhibited nationally in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and North Dakota, and internationally in England, Italy and Ireland. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and is also an Adjunct Instructor of Art at George Fox University. In her studio practice, she explores the power of color and mark-making, as well as the intersection of art and healing.
