Christine will give a demonstration at the beginning of class and then the rest of class will be painting time for the students. Christine Joy invites you to come join us on a free or open paint day, where students are invited to bring in the current painting projects they are working on - including all painting mediums: watercolor, gouache, and oils. Do you have a half done painting? Bring it into class! In these two hours, Christine will be available to help students (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) work through their paintings, and give some pointers and encouragement along the way. Instructor Wyle from Love Our Practice
Awaken, align, and energize your entire being in this 7-week Chakra Vinyasa Series. Each week we’ll explore one of the seven chakras through purposeful sequencing, breath work, mudras, and guided reflection. You’ll learn how each chakra relates to physical, emotional, and energetic qualities. Diving deeper into how specific asanas and movement patterns can help balance and support these centers.
Classes will blend creative vinyasa flow with slow, intentional pauses to feel and integrate. Expect grounding work for the lower chakras, heart-opening flow for the middle centers, and uplifting sequences to tap into intuition and clarity. Whether you’re new to chakra philosophy or looking to deepen your energetic practice, this series offers a holistic, empowering journey through the body-mind connection.
Registering for three classes allows your energy to build, align, and rise with intention rather than experiencing just a single moment of release. Each session deepens the work of the last, creating space for real growth, integration, and energetic flow. Commit to the series and feel the transformation unfold.
