Is there accessible Parking?
The Chehalem Cultural Center has a limited number of accessible parking spots in the parking lot on Sherman Street. However, the lot fills up fast.
There is free parking within several blocks of the CCC, but does require walking up/down small inclines.
Are there accessible bathrooms?
There are multiple accessible restrooms on the first floor. There is a baby changing station in restrooms on the first and second floor.
Does the festival require the use of stairs?
No. The majority of the festival takes place on the ground floor. There are both stairs and an elevator to the second floor. However, the pavement and floor can be uneven in places.
Do you have Wheelchairs, Canes, etc?
No, we do not have wheelchairs, canes, or any other mobility devices to lend or rent.
Is the festival air conditioned?
Vendors and performances are located outside. Please plan accordingly: wear sunscreen, bring water, take breaks, etc. However, the Plein Air Art Show, restrooms, quiet room, and demos are indoors, which is air conditioned.
Is the festival noisy?
There are performances throughout both days of the festival. If you need ear plugs, please visit us at the Bud Boutique.
What is a quiet room?
The Quiet Room is a new feature for the 2025 WVLF. This is an air conditioned room with chairs, water, and electrical outlets. This room is for people who need a break from the noise and crowds.
Is there a first aid station?
No, we do not have a dedicated first aid station. If you need a band aid, please visit the Bud Boutique.
Can I bring food?
Yes, you may bring outside food and beverages. There are also food and drinks for sale at the festival.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome. Please keep in mind the festival can be crowded. We ask that you do not bring dogs into the building.
